In the framework of the online RICOMET conference, the Belgian Society for Radiation Protection organises a workshop on the topic 'Beyond scientific disciplinary boundaries'.
Can we enrich radiation protection research and practice with transdisciplinary approaches and how?
The aim of this interactive session is to explore the meaning of transdisciplinarity and its role in shaping the future of radiation protection projects. This session entails live webinars with prominent academics from different disciplines, a range of case studies from the field of radiation protection and face to face workshops
The key note lectures and case studies can be followed online from 10h00 CET, the face-to-face workshop will be organized from 13h00 to 16h00.
Towards the end of the workshop in Brussels, we will log in live to the RICOMET conference to share the reflections from the Belgian workshop with the rest of the international conference.
This event is free of charge, registration is mandatory online via the website of BVS-ABR. Registration for the online RICOMET conference is to be done separately from this workshop.
